Everything you need for onsite testing
To make it as easy for our users as possible, we have developed a Standard Operating Procedure for ballast water testing, including a thorough checklist for both ship owners and inspectors.
The test can be performed and analysed onboard the vessel. After the analysis, a 1-page document with results is automatically generated, showing the number of organisms detected, making reporting easy.Â
The report states whether the number of organisms is within the limits of the IMO ballast water convention and US Coast Guard Commercial Vessel Discharge Standards.
Optional filtration Unit
Our filtration unit allows you to easily collect and filter water samples, eliminating the need for plankton nets and manual handling. The filter unit is delivered in a waterproof and transportable case containing all the equipment necessary to collect samples at the test site.
